- The planetarium in Brisbane
- Lions Camp Duckadang, the venue for the Queensland Astrofest
- The Glasshouse Mountains on the Queensland coast. They are the remnants of old volcanoes.
- The Olgas, in the Northern Territory. Worn down sandstone, these are what Uluru (Ayers Rock) will look like one day. I liked the Olgas better than Uluru, because they're much less touristy.
- Small Magellanic Cloud. I don't actually remember taking this, but it was in my slides so I must have done.
- Stuart Range Observatory, Ellesmere, Qld. I did quite a lot of my observing from here, a very dark site with the NELM>7.0
- Uluru, or Ayer's Rock. This was taken at sunset when the rock is supposed to change colour. Needless to say, it doesn't.
- 20" Dob at Camp Duckadang, which I used at the Queensland Astrofest
- Manly Observatory, housing an 8" Classical Cassegrain (seen at front).
- Crux and the Pointers (Alpha and Beta Centauri
- Crux area and the Coalsack
- The Milky Way in Sagittarius
